The business was founded by Daniel Hungerford-Morgan who after working for 6 years in setting up systems in businesses ranging from $30 million - $2 billion in revenue, saw that the biggest opportunity for building the best systems lay in those businesses where the owner needed to move from a owner centric business to a people centric business.
Over the last 5 years Hungerford Consulting has built systems for over 50 contractors across North America and has quickly developed into the leading systems and recruiting experts in the USA.
